Upper and lower body pain

I'm a country girl that's been through alot. From being tomboyish, being in an abusive relationship being beat repeatedly in my head resulting in many concussions. I've also walked away from five car wrecks, one I flipped my car five times, loss control running through bushes on exit ramp at over 80mph, rear ended and driver running red light hitting me at over 60 mph. These are just a few of my past reasons I can think of that has caused all the pain I'm in today.

To start from top to bottom. I have a flat spot on crown of my skull the size of my fist. I've lost site in my right eye causing loss of control of my eye sometimes. My neck hurts from base of skull to meeting of spine. I wake up some days and can't move my neck. When I turn my neck left to right I feel pulling and pain between my spine and shoulder blade on right side. On my left shoulder top it is swollen each day some worse than others. I'm my lower back hurts every night. I have to get up each night walk around to help going back to sleep. My hips hurt severly and pop constantly. Some days I twist and pull on my leggs trying to pop my hips to make the pain go away. I've resorted to pain management bc my chiropractor said there's nothing he could due bc I have nerve damage in my neck and back. My hips are out of alignment. MRI states cervical stenosis, narrowing of nerve on left side of neck causing swelling in left tazeius muscle.

I've never been offered surgery bc where I'm from if a person doesn't have insurance your out of luck. That's another story.

I don't know where to begin with correcting all these problems so I deal with my pain from day to day and continue my life. Now I'm starting to have problems I can't ignore such as numbness in fingers and loss of use of my right arm. Some days I feel like I can hardly move it as if it's weak really hard to explain.

Cold weather causes pain so bad I can't handle.

If anyone has any input or advise I'd like to hear it Also if anyone has many problems like I do please let me know how you deal with it..

  • Hi JessE1

    Welcome to Spine-health

You should not have to deal with this alone and you should not have been subjected to those injuries in the past. I hope we can help you gather enough information to get further medical investigation and treatment. I do not have knowledge of the insurance system but I will get another Moderator to contact you, that might be able to guide you to what else is available.

You have now found a worldwide network of people that understand pain and have help support others members with their experiences. That is how this forum works, give and take of support and experiences.

I have added two links below to help new members with information and these also contain the forum rules. There is lots of material to research that will give you the power of knowledge.

My first thought is I hope you are in a safe place now and will not continue to let that happen to you.
I have so many questions, I hope you don't mind. You stated you are in pain management, right?
You will find most members at Spine Health are not fond of chiropractors. The are not spinal specialist.
Who read your MRI? And, could you possibly go back to him to figure something out?
Do you have insurance? This is will be hard to help you with because every state is different with insurance.

If can fill in the blanks for me I'll try and help you all I can.
But, I cannot suggest a specific doctor, facility or insurance carrier.
Hope to hear from you soon.
