Broken L3 & L5 Help

Hello

2.5 Years ago I broke my L3 and L5 in a motorbike crash along with my Femur, Pelvis, Ribs and Neck

I am back at work now but struggle everyday with the pain. I have spent $1000's on DR's Physios, Osteo etc etc but nothing seems to help.

Originally the Doctors decided not to fuse my lower back and after several MRI's none of them can see a problem with the alignment and seem to think it is muscle related as do I.

I stretch everyday, go to the gym 4 times a week and do everything I've been told to do but my pain is still present.

Does anybody have any advise or experience with a similar situation?

Any help at this stage would be much appreciated as this has really changed my lifestyle and happiness, I feel like a shell of the person I used to be.
