C6/7 Posterior Cervical Foramintomy - End of November 2017

I successfully had this surgery and was doing great until I stupidly opened an overhead heavy sash window! As I did it, I felt a tear in my back at the original area almost like a zip bursting. To say it is painful is an understatement.

I have pain in my back/shoulder/neck and when I try to turn my head right it seems to be blocked? Also my right arm/hand feels weak. (Although it was done for symptoms on the left side!)

Anyone have any ideas?
